Hourly Property Care
$149 per hour
For one Guy. Ongoing maintenance and standard service visits are billed according to the tasks, time and number of Guys needed.
Larger Projects & Ongoing Plans
For a larger project, we prepare an estimate based on the scope and crew. For ongoing care, we agree on the tasks and visit schedule with you or your representative.

How often should property maintenance visits take place?
The schedule depends on the property, its equipment, how often it is occupied and the tasks required. We agree on visit frequency and priorities with you or your representative.
Do you work with Airbnb and short-term rental owners?
Yes. We provide technical maintenance, appliance service, repairs and installations for rental properties, including Airbnb and vacation rentals. Work can be coordinated between stays or before guests arrive.
Do I need to be at the property?
No, provided we have authorized access. We can coordinate with your property manager, doorman, building management, personal assistant, household staff or host.
How much does ongoing property maintenance cost?
Hourly property maintenance is $149 per hour for one Guy. The total depends on the tasks, time and number of Guys needed. Larger projects receive a project estimate.
Can you service my second home outside Manhattan?
Yes. We arrange work at second homes, residences and rental properties in Connecticut, New Jersey, Long Island and other locations within practical day-trip distance. Send the address and tasks so we can plan the visit.
How will I receive reports and recommendations?
After work is completed, we email you the service report and recommendations. For properties under ongoing care, we retain the service history to inform future visits.
